Co-founder

Louise thrives in the fast-paced world where creativity, strategy, and tight deadlines collide. Since 2006, she’s built a reputation for leading multi-channel campaigns with flair – supporting global brands and ambitious SMEs alike. A natural at client and project management, Louise blends sharp creative thinking with data-driven insight and serious organisational firepower. With a passion for standout content and meaningful storytelling, she brings ideas to life, keeps projects on track, and helps brands connect with their audiences in ways that stick.

Justin Annett

Co-founder

With over 20 years’ experience in strategic marketing and campaign delivery, Justin has shaped impactful initiatives for some of the world’s leading healthcare brands across the UK and Europe. A creative and strategic thinker, he is passionate about helping businesses define and refine their marketing approach – challenging convention and pushing the boundaries of creativity and execution to deliver real results.

Niki Annett

Finance & Operations

Niki keeps the business running smoothly by handling all things finance with precision and dedication. She also puts up with more than her fair share of jokes and chaos from co-founder Justin (who just so happens to be her husband). A true office enthusiast, Niki genuinely loves her job and brings energy every day. When she’s not crunching numbers, she’s unwinding with her two great loves: cats and a well-earned glass of wine (or two)

Deepak Ravi

Designer

A former dancer turned graphic designer; Deepak brings a unique creative perspective shaped by eight years of design experience. Drawing on his background in movement, photography and animation, he crafts branding and visual design that tell powerful stories and evoke real emotion. Blending a passion for performance with the precision of graphic and motion design, Deepak delivers bold, expressive visuals that connect audiences to brands in fresh and memorable ways.

Ben Edwards

Designer

A creative specialist with a background in technology, sport and health, Ben brings energy, precision and bold ideas to every campaign. A former ice hockey player turned designer, he pairs big-picture thinking with sharp attention to detail to deliver work that grabs attention and drives impact. Passionate about typography and never one to settle into a comfort zone, Ben thrives on creative challenges. Outside the studio, you’ll find him enjoying anything fast – on four wheels or in a glass.

Sameer Saeed

Social Media Manager

With 7 years of experience in social and digital media, Sameer is all about turning ideas into campaigns that connect and resonate. Whether it’s big-picture strategy or the nitty-gritty execution, he focuses on making brands feel real and relatable in a noisy online world.

Sameer loves crafting content that makes people stop scrolling and maybe even smile, because behind every campaign, there’s a human story. When he’s not brainstorming or tweaking copy, you’ll find him hunting for inspiration in the latest trends (and occasionally debating cricket!)

With 27 years’ experience in the media sector, Versha is a seasoned copywriter, content manager and editor. With seven years’ experience in SEO content writing, technical SEO support and local SEO strategies, Emily helps brands get seen and stay seen online. Combining technical expertise with strategic SEO know-how, Dan helps brands show up, stand out, and succeed online with powerful websites and search strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Ben Edwards

Media Buying Manager

Ben is a Media Planning & Buying specialist. His daily responsibilities include developing effective media strategies, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth campaign execution to optimally reach target audiences.

Ben’s expertise is built on extensive IPA training, achieving MIPA status, and a qualification in TV planning, alongside a strong understanding of industry research tools and digital channels. He is keenly interested in the evolving media landscape, particularly the impact of AI.

Outside of work, Ben runs a Sunday League Football team, enjoys playing tennis and has a passion for travel.
